Sivota Villa is a set of three luxury villas of 300 m² across two levels, built on a hillside in Sivota, Thesprotia, with unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea. They sit right on the calm waters of Sivota Bay, where boats drift past below you like a living painting of sea, sailboats and greenery that changes by the hour.

Just 400 metres from the port and village, yet completely private, with your own deck for swimming and around ten more beaches within a 400-metre radius.

The ground villa sleeps up to 8 (3 double + 2 single bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). Each upper villa sleeps up to 4. All three together host up to 16.

How much does it cost?+

The ground villa is from €500 a night and each upper villa from €250 a night. Rates adjust by season, so message us with your dates for an exact quote.
